While classic tapas originate from Spain, we reinterpret the concept at Blümchen with influences from the Black Forest. Regional products, modern preparation, and Black Forest flavors make our version unique.
How many Black Forest tapas do you typically order?
Many guests choose three to five tapas per person to enjoy a varied menu. 1-2 tapas for the starter, 3 tapas as the main course. Since the dishes are meant to be shared, this creates a moment of shared enjoyment – similar to the Spanish original, but Black Forest style.
Does the concept also work for larger groups?
Yes, absolutely. Our concept is ideal for groups. You can choose a Black Forest tapas menu in advance.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome here. Please let us know when you make your reservation. We will then make sure to reserve a suitable table for you at the edge of the restaurant.

No, we do not have a separate children's menu. However, our tapas are very suitable for children: handy portions, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection. Tapas that contain alcohol are clearly marked on the menu.
Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we have high chairs. Please let us know when you make your reservation so we can provide a chair for your child.
Can you be reached by phone?
No. We have made a conscious decision not to be available by phone.
Why? Because we want to focus entirely on our guests at the restaurant—without ringing phones or interruptions. You can easily make table reservations at any time via our online portal. Simply send us all other inquiries by email—we will respond quickly and reliably.
